These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between h555 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every registered member ("user", "you") who uses its services. 3.2 Deposit Limits

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If a deposit does not appear, please contact the support team with proof of payment. Keep a screenshot or transaction ID of your payment for reference.

3.3 Withdrawal Limits & Processing Time

Before requesting a withdrawal, make sure the wagering requirements on your account have been met. h555 may temporarily hold a withdrawal for identity verification if needed. Once verification is complete, it will be processed promptly.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

h555 strictly follows anti-money laundering policies. Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only. It is preferable to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account may be subject to investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members making their first deposit at h555 will receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳14,000 → Bonus ৳8,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳22,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement (25x) applies to each bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member may benefit from each promotion once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If bonus abuse is detected, h555 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus offer active at the same time.
• h555 may change the terms of any bonus offer or withdraw the offer at any time.

If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus may expire. The expiry period will be stated on the relevant offer page.

The h555 VIP Program has three tiers. Members can move up to higher tiers progressively through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

The criteria for determining VIP tier are at h555's discretion and are subject to change. Cashback amounts and terms will apply according to the rules of the relevant tier. Misuse of VIP benefits may result in a tier change or cancellation.

6.1 Fair Play Obligation

All games on h555 must be played fairly. The platform operates under SSL encryption and fair play principles. The outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently audited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.

• Upon instruction from a court or competent authority.

7.2 Member's Rights

12.4 Language

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali. If a translation into another language exists, the Bengali version will be considered final.
